What delivery options do you offer?

We offer FREE 1st Class Royal Mail Next Day Delivery with all orders. This service is designed to ensure fast and reliable delivery within 1-2 working days.

Can I get compensation if my parcel is lost?

While Royal Mail offers compensation for lost parcels, we take responsibility for managing the process. If your parcel is lost, we will replace it at no additional cost and deal with the lost parcel claim on your behalf.

What should I do if my parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe?

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 3 working days of dispatch, please contact us directly. We will promptly send a replacement parcel and handle the process of reporting the original one as lost to Royal Mail.

How quickly can you send a replacement for a lost parcel?

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 3 working days, we will dispatch a replacement within 24 hours to ensure minimal disruption to your order.
